RAYDEN SOLICITORS ONCE AGAIN RECOGNISED AS TOP-TIER FAMILY LAW FIRM

Rayden Solicitors, has once again been recognised as a leading family law firm in the South East in the Legal 500 2024 guide. In the specialist rankings for all law firms in the region and in particular in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, the firm has retained its coveted “Tier 1” ranking.  We are also delighted to have been mentioned as a ‘Firm to Watch: Family’ in both London and Birmingham. The most recent edition of the Legal 500’s UK legal sector research provides an industry standard, featuring an annual list of the best firms nationwide, based on recommendations from both fellow professionals and clients.

The Legal 500 researchers noted that the firm “houses a ‘fantastic team of superb lawyers‘, which assists clients with a variety of issues, including shared care order applications, shared care arrangements, and the division of matrimonial assets”.

The whole team is acknowledged as “consistently impressive in terms of their ability to build fantastic, trusting relationships with their clients and also in their in depth knowledge and understanding of the issues which arise. The firm is also incredibly approachable.”

Senior Partner Katherine Rayden has been recognised in the Hall of Fame, which highlights individuals who have received constant praise from their clients for continued excellence. The guide has recognised ‘Katherine Rayden remains at the absolute top of the tree – there is no better divorce lawyer in this part of the country’.

‘Katherine Rayden heads up the practice from St Albans and primarily acts for high-net-worth individuals on the settlement of financial disputes and relationship breakdowns, often drafting pre and post-nuptial agreements.’

Partner Emily Watson has once again been recognised as a Leading Individual for family law in the region. Emily is described as ‘particularly adept handling cases concerning permanent removal and international trust structures’.

Partner Stuart Clark, from our Epping office, also retains his ranking as a Next Generation Partner.

In addition, Partner Rupi Rai, from our Beaconsfield office, has retained her position as a Rising Star and Key Lawyer, and Partner Rosalind Fitzgerald, from our Bishop’s Stortford office, has once again been named as a Key Lawyer. We are delighted to see that Partner Anna-Laura Lock, from our London Bridge office, has also retained her Rising Star ranking.

We are also pleased that Partners Paula Butterworth, from our Harpenden office, Julian Bremner, from our London Bridge office, and Abby Westell, from our Bishop’s Stortford office, have all been named as Key Lawyers in the 2024 guide.

Senior Partner, Katherine Rayden says “once again we are all absolutely thrilled to maintain our top tier ranking and this is now the eleventh year running that we have been recommended as an outstanding top tier firm in the Legal 500.  We are particularly delighted that the researchers, and our peers, have reflected on the calibre of all our solicitors, noting that Rayden is ‘a great firm’ which has ‘largely taken over the market, and for good reason; they are well organised, well motivated and dedicated to their clients’. It is a remarkable achievement to have so many of our partners referred to within the directory and the endorsement of the Legal 500 rankings, and the testimonials from our peers and clients, are testament to the outstanding work ethic, commitment to client care and exceptional quality of work delivered by our whole team. We are understandably extremely proud of our ranking.”
