Katherine has over 20 years’ experience as a specialist family law solicitor. She specialises in the financial disputes that can follow the breakdown of any relationship. Katherine has practical knowledge and experience of working with different business structures and inter-company loans and understands the impact that these can have on financial negotiations or settlement. - MD v D  1 FLR 81 (Appeal) Financial Relief following a short childless marriage. Whether sum awarded by the judge at first instance for the pension provided adequately for needs. The Appeal was successful.
- DE v AB  EWHC 3792 (Appeal) Father appealed an order for financial provision for his child. The Appeal was upheld in part.
- Re I-L (Children) (1996 Hague Child Protection Convention: Inherent Jurisdiction)  EWCA Civ 1956 (Appeal) Father appealed an Order made under Inherent Jurisdiction, requiring the two parties children to be returned to Russia. The Appeal was upheld.
