Two new positions created – Legal Directorships for Claire Wood and Rupi Rai

Kayleigh Biswas becomes an Associate Solicitor
Rayden Solicitors is delighted to announce the latest round of annual promotions across the team, and which also include the creation of a new role within the firm.
The new position within the business is Legal Director, with both Senior Associates Claire Wood and Rupi Rai promoted to the position with immediate effect. This new role is designed to enhance career progression and provide both Claire and Rupi with the opportunity to provide more specific support to the Partners in their management of the business. Claire Wood, who joined Rayden Solicitors in 2018, is based in the St Albans office and also offers meetings through our Harpenden meeting facilities. Rupi Rai is based at the Beaconsfield office where she has been supporting Partner Julian Bremner since the office opened in 2018.
In addition to these new roles, Associate Solicitors Jennifer Moore and Lehna Gardiner have been promoted to Senior Associates, and Solicitor Kayleigh Biswas has been promoted to Associate Solicitor.
Jennifer Moore has played a key role in the development of Rayden’s most recently opened fourth office in Hampstead. Lehna Gardiner is based at the St Albans office where she is one of the most senior fee earners, and she has also recently qualified as a Collaborative Lawyer.
Kayleigh Biswas is based at the Berkhamsted office and has been instrumental in developing a significant professional network amongst local businesses and promoting the firm’s reputation in Berkhamsted and beyond.

Under normal business circumstances all our solicitors offer initial fixed fee meetings at Rayden Solicitors’ offices in St Albans, Berkhamsted, Beaconsfield, Hampstead or in London. During the current Coronavirus outbreak we are undertaking all client meetings via virtual meetings, either by Skype, Zoom or alternative interactive resources as preferred by clients.
