Associate Solicitor

Claire Howard has extensive experience in dealing with divorce, dissolution, financial proceedings, cohabitation disputes, private law children matters and domestic abuse. She has particular experience in running financial proceedings through alternative dispute resolution and has concluded a number of cases through the family law arbitration process.

Claire graduated from the University of Reading in 2013 having completed her law degree (LLB) and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford in 2014. Claire joined Raydens after gaining experience working for legal firms in in London, Milton Keynes, Guildford and Chichester, having specialised in Family Law since qualification.

Claire is a Law Society accredited family law panel member and a member of Resolution which ensures she provides a constructive and proactive approach tailored to each client whilst managing each case proportionately and with sensitivity. Claire advises clients in a clear and pragmatic manner ensuring that clients understand their options and feel in control of their decisions.

Outside of her career, Claire plays violin to a professional standard and is a performer and committee member of the Milton Keynes Sinfonia Orchestra.
