Georgina advises on all areas of Family Law. Georgina joined Rayden Solicitors in April 2020, having previously worked in the family law and dispute resolution practice of a long established regional law firm.
Georgina is experienced across a range of family law areas, and in particular divorce and separation agreements, cohabitee disputes and financial remedy agreements. She has also advised on matrimonial and TOLATA matters as well as child maintenance issues.
Georgina originally qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2017 and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in September 2019. She is acknowledged by clients for her empathetic manner and ability to offer emotional support whilst also delivering robust legal advice.
