Rayden’s newest office is in Salisbury with a New Partner and Legal Director
Specialist family law firm Rayden Solicitors announces the opening of its office in Salisbury, in line with the firm’s strategy to continue expansion into the South West and South of England. This is Rayden’s first office in the Wiltshire region. We are also delighted to welcome two new members to the team, Partner and Collaborative Lawyer Heather Souter and Legal Director and Collaborative Lawyer Zoe Culverwell who will be heading the office. Heather and Zoe are both highly regarded family lawyers who have recently joined from a multidisciplinary law firm in the area.
Rayden Solicitors joined forces with private-equity backed Fletchers Group in 2025 and this expansion into Salisbury is the second Rayden Solicitors office to open in 2026, following Bristol in January.
Since its founding in 2005 by Managing Director Katherine Rayden, the business has grown to be the second largest specialist Family Law firm in England and Wales with 11 offices covering Hertfordshire, London, the West Midlands, the South/South West and Kent. The firm is consistently top tier ranked in the leading industry guides – Chambers and Partners, Chambers High Net Worth, Legal 500 and The Times 250 Best Law Firms England and Wales – and most recently was awarded the Family Law Firm of the Year South of England at the 2024 Family Law Awards.
Senior Partner Katherine Rayden says “we are absolutely delighted to announce the opening of the Salisbury office, and welcome Heather and Zoe to the business to spearhead the expansion in this location. They are exceptional lawyers, highly respected and very well known in the region and we are looking forward to benefiting from their expertise and their connections, to expand our reach and to deliver the exceptional service and client care for which we are renowned.”
