I take this opportunity to once again thank you for everything you did, in particular, your advice was brilliant.

Client of Jennifer

Jennifer Moore has over 10 years’ experience practicing exclusively in Family Law. She advises and represents individuals going through divorce or separation, or seeking to resolve disputes concerning their children. This includes child contact/custody disputes, disagreements over schooling/school fees, foreign travel and relocation.

Jennifer specialises in complex cases involving children, which includes: surrogacy law, inter-country adoption, step parent adoption, child abduction, cross-border cases and situations with social services involvement.  Outside of relationship breakdown Jennifer is regularly instructed to draft pre and post-nuptial agreements and can assist with that aspect of wealth planning for your family.

Jennifer is known for her in-depth knowledge and expertise in complex cases, often with an international divorce dimension, and her ability to pin point key issues in a case and identify what needs to be done.  Her approach is robust, strategic and direct.  Jennifer’s clients comment on her excellent client care and ability to support them through extremely difficult periods in their life.  She is warm, sensitive and makes clients feel at ease.

Jennifer is a Resolution accredited specialist, with specialist accreditations in the areas of Private Law Children matters and Complex Matrimonial Finances and a founding member of CALA, the Child Abduction Lawyers Association.

She joined Rayden Solicitors in July 2015 and is based in our Hampstead office.

Thank you for all your advice, support, professionalism, expertise, judgement and encouragement over the past 18 months. There were times where you were more than a solicitor to me, and your support and advice steered me to get through what was often an unbearable journey… calming me on days when I felt like I couldn’t make it through, all helped to get to the right result.

I just want to take the opportunity to thank you for all your support over the last few months, it was invaluable in getting me through what was a very difficult situation to find myself in.

Client of Jennifer

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you and your firm again for all your support, it was incredibly invaluable and prevented changes to our custody arrangements that could have been even more damaging to X (knowing what I now know about his condition).

Client of Jennifer

I just wanted to thank you personally for all that you have done for myself and my daughter, you really have surpassed my expectations at every turn with your clever thinking and unique approach to cover the weak areas of my case… which has definitely been appreciated and exceptionally smart of you.

Client of Jennifer

There are no words to express my sincere gratitude to you and the team. Your work has quite literally changed my life. And even more so, X’s life. I can already see and feel the immense positive impact on both of us, the transformation that your work and dedication have enabled! I am forever grateful.

Client of Jennifer

It’s not often that one gets to be the client rather than the advisor, but I have been consistently impressed with your grit, determination and wise counsel. I am very grateful to you for helping me to navigate an unpleasant and really very sad chapter in my life.
