Rayden Solicitors is delighted to announce the latest round of annual promotions across the team.
Legal Director Nicola Caffery has been promoted from Legal Director to Partner. Read more about Nicola’s appointment.
Georgina Allen and Claire Howard, formerly Associate Solicitors, have been promoted to Senior Associates, and Bhini Phagura, Nusrat Siddique and Danielle Nuttall, formerly Solicitors, have been promoted to Associate Solicitors. These promotions are all effective immediately.
We are also delighted that Molly Thompson from our Birmingham office has joined the ranks of our Solicitors.
Georgina Allen, who joined the business in 2020, is based in our Berkhamsted office. She has been instrumental in increasing the firm’s profile in the local area and beyond, actively marketing Rayden Solicitors within the local community, both the business community and wider professional networks, as well as spearheading our hugely successful Work Experience competition for budding lawyers in the region.
Claire Howard joined our St Albans office in 2022, having previously worked as a specialist family lawyer at firms in London and the South of England. Since joining the firm has trained and qualified as a Mediator, with dispute resolution being a key focus in her approach to client matters, particularly involving financial proceedings. She is a fantastic addition to the Rayden Solicitors Alternative Dispute Resolution offering available to clients.
Rayden Solicitors is also committed to supporting the more junior members of our team, with Bhini Phagura, Nusrat Siddique and Danielle Nuttall all being promoted from Solicitor to Associate Solicitor. Bhini Phagura, who qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and joined Rayden Solicitors in 2020 following a career break, is based in our St Albans office. She has been highly involved in maintaining the presence of our longest-standing office, taking an active role in business development activities within the local community and beyond. Danielle Nuttall and Nusrat Siddique, who joined the business in 2021 and 2022 respectively, are based in our London Bridge office. Both have played key roles in building the London Bridge office presence, supporting Partners Julian Bremner, Anna-Laura Lock and Emma Nash, and developing Rayden Solicitors’ professional junior network in the Capital and further afield.
Molly Thomspon joined the Rayden Solicitors Birmingham team as a very recently newly qualified solicitor and worked as a Legal Assistant as she gained experience in Family Law. After a successful period working with the team, Molly has now joined the ranks of our Solicitors.
Senior Partner Katherine Rayden says, ‘The Partners and I are thrilled to announce these latest promotions. We support career progression at all levels, with this round of promotions ranging from Partner to Solicitor level. All these promoted fee-earners are a credit to the firm, embodying our core values of Clarity, Commitment and Confidence in both their client care and contributions to the success of their respective offices and the wider firm. Their promotions are thoroughly well-deserved, and we look forward to their careers continuing to go from strength to strength.”
