Legal 500 Rankings recognised once again as Tier 1 Family Law firm

Specialist family law firm, Rayden Solicitors, has once again been recognised as one of the leading family law firms in the South East.  In the specialist rankings for all law firms in the region and in particular in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, the firm has retained its coveted “Tier 1” ranking in the Legal 500 2023 guide.  The latest edition of the Legal 500’s UK legal sector research provides an industry standard, featuring an annual list of the best firms nationwide, based on recommendations from both fellow professionals and clients.

The Legal 500 researchers noted the firm’s ability to field a large family law team which provides a full range of legal services including alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration.

The whole team is acknowledged as ‘Very able and capable from top to bottom.’

The firm’s expertise in complex matters is also recognised, with commentators saying that we are: “Always able to handle the more complicated or acrimonious cases with confidence and tenacity.’

‘Katherine Rayden and Julian Bremner are excellent family practitioners, always fully on top of their cases and ready to engage constructively with their opponents. A very nice firm to deal with.’

‘Raydens is a firm of solicitors where the service provided across the 10 offices and across the solicitors is of the highest calibre. By maintaining a very high standard for recruitment the team has built a stellar reputation. Whether the client is of modest means or of high net worth, they will get first rate advice from the start. The business model is very modern with the clients being given focused and clear advice, expectations and fee estimates.’

Senior Partner Katherine Rayden and Emily Watson have once more both been recognised as Leading Individuals for family law in the region. Partner Stuart Clark, who joined from International Family Law Group in February to build our Loughton office, also retains his ranking as a Next Generation Partner.

In addition, newly promoted Partners Rupi Rai, from our Beaconsfield office, and Rosalind Fitzgerald, from our Bishop’s Stortford office, have retained their rankings as a Rising Star and as a key lawyer respectively.

We are also delighted to see that Legal Director Anna-Laura Lock, who joined our London Bridge office in April this year from Winckworth Sherwood, has also retained her Rising Star ranking.

Senior Partner, Katherine Rayden says “For another year in succession we are all absolutely thrilled to maintain our top tier ranking.  This is the tenth year running that we have been recommended as an outstanding top tier firm in the Legal 500, and this year we also have a record number of named lawyers in the rankings.  The endorsement of our clients and our peers, and the work of the researchers to reaffirm our expertise, is testament to the outstanding achievements and work ethic of the whole team. We are particularly delighted that the researchers, and our peers and clients have reflected on the calibre of all our solicitors – and that we are able to provide outstanding advice and service regardless of our clients’ means.  To be noted for our modern approach to a business model whilst at the same time also maintaining a consistently high standard of recruitment is extremely rewarding and we are delighted to be commended for our stellar reputation. We are understandably extremely proud of our ranking.”
