jenniferJennifer Moore advises on all areas of family law. She has a wide range of experience dealing with applications concerning children, child abduction, adoption, divorce and applications for financial relief.

Jennifer’s experience in private law children cases comprises both domestic Children Act applications and cases with an international element. This can include applications for contact/ to spend time with a child, applications for residence/ for an order a child live with a parent or other person, applications for leave to remove a child from this jurisdiction to another country, either permanently or temporarily, and urgent or emergency applications in child abduction cases.

Jennifer graduated with a First Class degree in Law and went on to train with Freemans Solicitors where she qualified in June 2013. Jennifer trained in family law and she has practiced family law exclusively since qualifying as a solicitor. She joined Rayden solicitors in July 2015.

Reported Cases:

Jennifer has worked on a number of complex international cases before joining Rayden Solicitors including:

  • The Supreme Court case Re KL [2013] UKSC 75 and E v B C436/13 in the Court of Justice in the European Union
  • She also represented the Respondent mother in an application for enforcement of a Turkish Custody Order under the rarely used Luxembourg Convention: AA v TT [2014] EWHC 3488 (Fam).
  • This year Jennifer represented the Respondent Mother in SR (A Child: Habitual Residence) [2015] EWHC 742 (fam), a case which has since gone to the court of appeal
  • Most recently she represented the Respondent father in Re S and T (Intercountry Adoption: USA) [2015] EWHC 1753 (fam), before the President of the Family Division
