Megan advises on all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, financial settlements, and private children act proceedings. She regularly acts in children and financial cases involving allegations of coercive and controlling or other abusive behaviour or involving an international element.
Megan takes a pragmatic and empathetic approach to cases. She works collaboratively to reach sensible and cost-effective outcomes with experience in reaching a resolution both in and out of court proceedings.
Megan studied an undergraduate degree in Law at the University of Bristol. Megan joined Rayden Solicitors in September 2021 as a paralegal, qualifying as a solicitor in May 2024. She is based in the London Bridge office.
