Charlotte Southworth is an experienced family solicitor, specialising in divorce and financial issues arising from relationship breakdown, with particular experience in medium to high-net worth cases with significant business interests and property investments. She also has a wide breath of experience in child-related matters, including issues of residence and relocation, and Schedule 1 child maintenance proceedings.
Charlotte advises in relation to pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation, and disputes.
Charlotte works closely with her clients to provide practical advice with a view to achieving their objectives effectively. She keenly supports alternative dispute resolution processes, from providing support and advice through the mediation process, to arbitration, and has been praised for her honest, pragmatic and commercial approach.
Charlotte has worked as a family solicitor since qualifying at a top London law firm in 2012, and subsequently at a leading regional firm in Buckinghamshire.
