After another successful year of growth we are delighted to announce the following promotions at Rayden Solicitors.
Nadia Biles Davies and Julian Bremner promoted to Executive Partners. Nadia joined Rayden Solicitors in 2008 and in 2011 took over the HR, Marketing and Operations of the firm. Under her management, the firm has won a number of business awards as well as professional and management accolades. Julian is a highly respected family law partner and financial arbitrator. Committed to supporting his profession, Julian regularly contributes articles for professional periodicals such as the Family Law Journal and the Family Law Newsletter; covering a broad range of legal issues. As a partner for the last seven years, Julian has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the firm.
Priya Palanivel, promoted to Partner. A family law solicitor with over 10 years’ experience, Priya is an Accredited Specialist Member of the family law group, Resolution, she sits on the Resolution Standards Committee and has assisted in drafting the Resolution’s Good Practice Guides as well as being an assessor for the Complex Finance II module of Resolution’s Accreditation scheme. Priya is currently undertaking a mediation qualification. Priya becomes the firm’s sixth partner, joining Katherine Rayden, Julian Bremner, Nadia Biles Davies, Emily Watson and Paula Butterworth.
Lehna Hewitt, promoted to Associate Solicitor. Lehna has a wide experience of divorce, financial disputes and Children Act proceedings, including cases that have an international aspect.
Nicola Caffery, now Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Based in our Berkhamsted office, Nicola is a family law expert with extensive experience in: relationship breakdown; divorce; financial issues following relationship break down; co-habitation; children matters; and disputes concerning children.
