Key Responsibilities
- Support all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Coordinate probation and performance review processes
- Assist with payroll, benefits and family leave administration
- Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee queries
- Produce HR reports and support HR projects
About You
- Previous HR administration experience is desirable
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Professional, discreet and confident handling confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
