HR Administrator

Are you an organised administrator with a passion for people and excellent attention to detail? We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our friendly and professional team, based in St Albans.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team within a well-established family law firm and to develop your HR career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Coordinate probation and performance review processes
  • Assist with payroll, benefits and family leave administration
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee queries
  • Produce HR reports and support HR projects

About You

  • Previous HR administration experience is desirable
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and administrative skills
  • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Professional, discreet and confident handling confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
