- MD v D  1 FLR 81 (Appeal) Financial Relief following a short childless marriage. Whether sum awarded by the judge at first instance for the pension provided adequately for needs. Appeal successful.
- DE v AB  EWHC 3792 (Appeal) Father appealed an order for financial provision for his child. The appeal was upheld in part.
- G v G (Financial Remedies: Strike Out) July 2012 – formal citation awaited. Use of the relatively unfamiliar procedure of strike out that prevented a party from varying the terms of a lump sum order.
