Patrice advises on all areas of family law, including divorce, separation and financial settlements.

Patrice understands that divorce is a particularly stressful time for clients and, where appropriate, will suggest alternative methods for reaching a final agreement in respect of finances outside of the Court arena. Patrice combines her professional specialist advice with an empathetic manner, ensuring the delivery of a first class, individual client-centred service.

Patrice is a law graduate from Aberystwyth University and graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Masters in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice. She was admitted as a solicitor in September 2019 having completed her LPC with the University of Law Birmingham part-time alongside her training contract. Patrice joined Rayden Solicitors in September 2022, having previously worked in a Legal 500 ranked specialist family law firm.

Patrice is a member of Resolution which is an organisation of family lawyers who are dedicated to resolving family matters in a constructive and non-confrontational way.

  • AB v CD & Ord [2025] EWFC 958 Acted for the Wife who applied under s37 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 to set aside a transfer of shares made by the Husband to his Mother and Brother shortly following separation. The application was successful.
