Mehnaz is experienced across a range of family law areas, and in particular divorce and the financial proceedings following divorce, cohabitee and property disputes, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, and children matters. She has also advised on Islamic divorce and cultural matters.
Mehnaz qualified as a Solicitor in 2017 and is a Law Society Accredited Family Law Advanced Panel Member, having been assessed in cases with complex assets and international issues. Mehnaz has also been listed as a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500.
