Louise joined Rayden Solicitors in August 2020 as a paralegal, following completion of her Law degree and LPC. She completed her training contract with the firm and qualified as a Solicitor in March 2024. Louise has continued to specialise in family law throughout her career and has particular experience in financial remedy and children matters.
Louise advises clients following the breakdown of a relationship, including in relation to divorce and the associated financial and children issues. She has experience acting for high-net-worth clients with complex financial circumstances and has advised individuals working across specialist sectors, including the film industry. Louise has particular experience in financial remedy proceedings, including cases involving substantial assets, income and pensions, as well as applications for financial provision under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.
Alongside her financial work, Louise advises on children matters arising following the breakdown of a relationship, including arrangements for children and applications to the Family Court where an agreement cannot be reached. She also advises clients in relation to pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Louise is based at our Beaconsfield office but regularly works with clients across the firm and is able to meet clients at other offices where convenient. She takes a pragmatic and considered approach to family law, providing clear, practical advice while remaining sensitive to the often complex circumstances surrounding family disputes.
