Emily joined Rayden Solicitors in July 2023 as a paralegal, having graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with an LLB in Law. Emily was promoted to Trainee Solicitor in September 2024. In October 2025, Emily graduated from BPP university with a Master’s degree in law and is currently preparing to sit the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations.
During her training contract, Emily has gained valuable experience across a wide range of private family law matters including divorce, financial claims arising from divorce, child arrangements, cohabitation agreements and surrogacy. Emily has a particular interest and experience in cases involving complex jurisdictional disputes and finance matters.
Emily is a member of Resolution.
Emily is based in the Bishop’s Stortford office.
