Emily joined Rayden Solicitors in October 2022, following relocation from Hong Kong where she qualified as a solicitor in 2019. Emily qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in May 2023.
While working as a solicitor in Hong Kong, Emily supported the family team in assisting clients in family litigation involving issues of financial arrangements, ancillary relief, children in contentious divorce proceedings, as well as assistance in non-contentious divorce matters.
Emily is based in our Bishop’s Stortford office.
Since cross-qualification, Emily has amassed experience with a range of private family matters including divorce, financial claims that arise on divorce including complex claims involving international elements and overseas trusts, TOLATA claims, children matters and pre-nuptial agreements.
Emily assists Abby Westell and Che Meakins on the firm’s French desk, and is part of the firm’s International Group, and can support clients in Cantonese and French.
