Charlotte Southworth is an experienced family solicitor, specialising in divorce and financial issues arising from relationship breakdown, with particular experience in medium to high-net worth cases with significant business interests and property investments. She also has a wide breath of experience in child-related matters, including issues of residence and relocation, and Schedule 1 child maintenance proceedings.
Charlotte advises in relation to pre nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation, and disputes.
