Beth is experienced in all areas of family law including divorce, financial settlements on divorce and private children matters. Beth aims to provide clients with a professional, proactive and efficient service and seeks to understand each client’s concerns whilst giving practical and realistic advice. As no family situation is the same, she believes in the importance of listening to her clients to understand their unique personal needs.

Since qualifying Beth has also worked on high value matters where there are complex issues across multiple jurisdictions.

Beth was an active member of Surrey Junior Lawyers Division, acting as National Committee Representative, Secretary and Social Secretary during her four years on the committee. She also volunteers for the University of Law pro bono initiative and mentor schemes outside of work.

Beth obtained a first class honours degree in History at Royal Holloway University of London before completing the GDL and LLM LPC at the University of Law in London and gaining a distinction in her LLM LPC. Beth undertook her training contract with a large regional law firm, recognised in both Chambers and Legal 500 directories, and qualified as a solicitor in 2018.

Beth is a member of Resolution and is a member of the Essex Yres committee.

Beth joined Rayden Solicitors in April 2021, and is based in the Epping office.
