Rayden Solicitors is delighted to confirm that Loschinee Reddy has been promoted to Partner at Rayden Solicitors.
Loschinee joined Rayden Solicitors in 2019 as Head of Risk and Compliance, and has over 12 years of combined experience as a qualified Solicitor and as a highly skilled Risk and Compliance expert.
Prior to joining Rayden Solicitors, Loschinee served as a Judge at the National Wills and Probate Awards as well as Panel Judge at the Times and Sunday Times Estate Agency Awards.
As Head of Risk and Compliance, Loschinee has overhauled the firm’s internal compliance processes enabling the Company to achieve excellent results in all audits by Lexcel and Investors in People. She has worked closely with the Partners since joining the firm to ensure best practice across all areas of compliance and risk, assisting in the delivery of firm wide objectives. She supports fee earners and business support teams to simplify and enhance understanding and resolution of risk and compliance matters.
Loschinee also heads Rayden Solicitors Learning and Development programme, which is designed to support and facilitate ‘on-the-job’ learning and sharing expertise and knowledge on an ongoing basis for all members of staff, by focussing on key skills that are relevant to our family law work, our client experience, and an individual focus internally, to promote career progression and overall well-being.
Loschinee is also the trainee supervisor and together with Rob Micklem, Loschinee manages the bespoke Trainee development programme for the Company.
