Jane began her career in family law in 2017 as a Legal Secretary before progressing into a fee earning role in 2020. She now advises on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, Non Molestation and Occupation Order applications.
Jane takes a pragmatic, compassionate and proactive approach to every case. She supports clients in exploring all resolution options, including Non Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR), while remaining fully prepared to pursue court proceedings when required.
Known for her personable, empathetic and approachable manner, Jane provides clear, tailored advice and ensures clients feel supported and understood from the outset.
Jane is a member of Women in Law Kent (WILK) and regularly attends seminars and webinars to stay up to date with developments in family law. She also builds strong working relationships with barristers, mediators and other professionals to ensure that she can recommend experts to her client that she trusts and knows will be able to support and navigate them through their difficult time.
Alongside her client work, Jane has mentored junior paralegals, helping them develop their skills and confidence. She prides herself on managing expectations clearly and guiding clients with professionalism and genuine care.
Jane is based in our Otford office.
