Irene has broad experience in all areas of family law. She advises clients on separation, divorce and any financial arrangements which may need to be made as part of that process, with a keen interest in divorces with international and criminal elements.
Irene also advises parents on arrangements for their children, including disputes about where a child should live, who they should spend time with, and other matters relating to their upbringing, including inter-country and international relocation. Irene’s approach is recognised as warm, professional and robust. In her first year of qualification, she has been successful in negotiating out-of-court settlements for her clients and focuses her practice on seeking alternative forms of dispute resolution that best fit her clients’ needs and aims.
Irene has experience working on complex HNW divorce and financial remedy cases involving international assets and complex business structures. She also has a wealth of experience in jurisdictional arguments in international divorces, having been exposed to niche cases involving novel legal issues.
Irene elected to undertake a six-month rotation seat during her training contract in a leading national Crime team. She worked on a wide variety of serious and complex criminal law cases, including sexual offences, terrorism, protest-related criminal allegations and international law matters involving serious human rights allegations, strengthening her understanding of criminal law. She has a keen interest in criminal cases that have a family law crossover.
Irene qualified as a solicitor in August 2024. She is a member of Resolution.
She joined Rayden Solicitors in January 2026 and is based in the firm’s Hampstead office.
