Emma advises on all areas of family law including divorce and financial proceedings, nuptial agreements, children matters (including disputes around arrangements on separation and relocation applications), cohabitation issues and cases involving allegations of domestic abuse.
Emma trained at a multinational law firm in the City, qualifying as a Real Estate Solicitor in 2012. Emma worked for several years in London and Buckinghamshire before taking a career break to focus on her children. Emma then retrained in Family Law and joined Rayden Solicitors in September 2024.
Emma is a member of Resolution, whose members are committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes in a non-confrontational way.
Emma is based in our Berkhamsted office.
