We are looking for a Legal Director to join our team.
Ideally, we are looking for someone currently working at Legal Director level, although we would also be very interested in hearing from a Senior Associate who is ready to take the next step in their career and progress into a Legal Director role. We are also open to conversations with junior Partners who may be looking for a new opportunity. We are looking for someone who enjoys leading people as much as leading cases and who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the direction of a firm. The role is based in our Berkhamsted office.
This is a senior position with a strong leadership focus. Alongside managing your own caseload and meeting fee targets, you’ll be a visible leader within the practice — setting standards, supporting colleagues, and helping to build a positive, high-performing team. You’ll also play an important role in helping to run and develop our Berkhamsted office. It is essential that the candidate has an existing strong following and referral network to build upon.
