RECRUITMENT AGENCY POLICY
Rayden Solicitors do not accept speculative applications from recruitment agencies.
We work with a small list of agencies and they supply us with candidates for selected vacancies, based on previously agreed fees and terms and conditions. Candidates should only be put forward from these preferred suppliers following specific instructions from a member of the HR team.
We will not pay a fee to any agencies submitting speculative CV’s to any Rayden Solicitors’ employees. In instances where this occurs, we reserve the right to initiate contact with the candidate directly without payment of an agency fee.
Submission of any speculative or unsolicited CV’s to Rayden Solicitors will be seen as evidence of full acceptance of this policy.
