Tula Fitzpatrick

Tula, who qualified in 1997, has over 24 years’ experience as a specialist family solicitor, having practised family law exclusively since 2000.

She has a wealth of expertise in all aspects of Family Law including divorce, financial settlements for married and unmarried couples as well as Children Act applications, for shared care arrangements and also financial provision. Tula’s children work also includes significant experience in international relocation cases.

Tula deals with all aspects of matrimonial finances including pre and post nuptial agreements, as well as complex arrangements involving Trusts, Business and International assets, including working with high net worth individuals. Tula also deals with issues between unmarried couples, including cohabitation and separation agreements and claims under the provisions of The Appointment of Trustees and Trust of Land Act 1996.

Tula’s approach with her clients is to ensure they feel confident that they are well represented in all circumstances and there is no inequity of arms, irrespective of who is representing the other party.
