Nasbin Begum advises on a broad range of family law issues, including financial settlements, complex private law children disputes and cases involving a public law children element.
Nasbin has experience of advising cohabitees and married couples following the breakdown of a relationship both outside of court as well as representing clients within financial remedy proceedings.
Nasbin also advises on children cases with an international family law element and has experience of assisting on adoption matters.
Nasbin completed her undergraduate Law degree in 2014 at City, University of London. After graduating, Nasbin went on to work at two niche London family law firms. She undertook the Legal Practice Course part-time at the University of Law from 2016-2018, achieving a distinction.
Nasbin trained and qualified as a solicitor in March 2020, before joining Rayden Solicitors in January 2021.
Nasbin, who is based in our Hampstead office, is fluent in Bengali and has a working knowledge of Arabic.
