Loschinee has over 12 years of combined experience, previously as a qualified Solicitor and currently as a highly skilled Risk and Compliance expert. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
As Head of Risk and Compliance, Loschinee simplifies complex legal and regulatory information, takes a commercial yet practical approach to resolving matters, balancing compliance with innovation.
She has a very established network within the legal and regulatory industries and works strategically with the other Partners to deliver firmwide objectives as well as with fee earners and business support staff to enhance understanding and resolution of risk and compliance matters. She facilitates training and risk mitigation measures across a broad array of business functions, ensuring compliance with various regulatory and industry specific requirements.
Loschinee also heads our Learning and Development programme, which supports and facilitates ‘on-the-job’ learning and sharing knowledge on an ongoing basis.
She is currently a member of the Best Practice Group and is regularly invited to sit on the customer advisory board for a leading Electronic Identification (EID) Provider.
Prior to joining Rayden Solicitors in June 2019, Loschinee served as a Judge at the National Wills and Probate Awards as well as Panel Judge at the Times and Sunday Times Estate Agency Awards.
Loschinee is based in the St Albans office.
