Adam advises on a wide range of family law issues from divorce, finances on separation, cohabitation disputes and children matters. He has extensive experience advising clients from those with limited assets to HNW individuals with complex financial arrangements and overseas assets. He regularly assists clients through the Family Court and with experience in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
Adam often advises on and prepares pre and post-nuptial agreements, as well as separation agreements arising out of trusts of land disputes.

Adam is a member of Resolution and an accredited specialist in complex finance and child arrangements. A key supporter of non-court dispute resolution, Adam has participated in numerous financial arbitrations which he champions as a far more cost-effective route to avoid lengthy and protracted court litigation.

Reported Cases
- Adam made headline news with the Court of Appeal decision of Haley v Haley [2020] EWCA Civ 1369 in which the court determined that family law arbitrations could be appealed in the same way as financial remedy proceedings in the family court. The decision turned the law on family arbitrations on its head and changed the approach of all family lawyers working in this field. This case was discussed and reported every major law firm in the jurisdiction and now features in most family law modules.
- Adam is also reported and successfully represented clients in several High Court decisions of Re H (Children: Relocation) [2019] EWHC 2881 (Fam) and RVH v TF [2018] EWHC 1680 (Fam) concerning child abduction and international relocation
