RAYDENS GARNERS GLOWING INDUSTRY ACCOLADE: CHAMBERS HNW GUIDE 2020

Specialist family law firm Rayden Solicitors is delighted and proud to announce that the firm has been ranked once again in the prestigious and highly regarded Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2020.  The Chambers High Net Worth Guide, an annual list of the best firms and lawyers UK wide that work with high net worth clients, is compiled following research by independent researchers as well as endorsements from industry peers.

The guide is very selective and this year only 26 firms nationwide are included in the list.  Once again, the majority of the firms included in the list are London based, with Rayden Solicitors being one of only three regional firms included.  Rayden Solicitors represents affluent clients with divorce proceedings and matrimonial finance issues.

Chambers HNW Guide researchers, and the referees who provided feedback for the Guide, noted that Rayden Solicitors regularly handles high net worth work against London firms, and praised the family team for being adept at advising wealthy clients on matrimonial finance issues.

“I have been very impressed with the advice throughout,” says a client, adding: “What you want is an efficient service and the shortest process possible; they have tried everything so that it works out that way.”

The Guide praised Senior Partner Katherine Rayden for her reputation amongst her peers, and quotes peers saying she is “one of the trend setters in terms of the rise of boutiques.”  Peers also note the performance of the firm as a whole, saying that the lawyers “seem to be gathering a lot of pace” and have “done exceptionally well.”

Senior Partner Katherine Rayden and Legal Director Claire Wood both also retained their rankings as Notable Practitioners.

Katherine Rayden, who has been ranked again in Band 3 of the Guide, is noted for her focus on matrimonial finance and private law children cases, many with an international dimension. An interviewee says she “gets fantastic work and is more than a match for any of the traditional players.” Another says she is “brilliant at bringing clients in” and “works really well with people; whether it be barrister or client, she is the glue that can bring the team together.”

Claire Wood, who was recently promoted to the position of Legal Director with Rayden Solicitors, has been ranked by the Guide as an Associate to Watch.  Researchers and referees noted that Claire is particularly adept at handling financial and children applications arising on relationship breakdown. Claire is also bilingual, and runs a significant Anglo-French family law practice.

Katherine Rayden, Senior Partner and Founder, said “It is testament to the exceptional work delivered by all our team that we have retained our ranking, an endorsement of our fantastic credentials and we are enormously proud to be included in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide for the second year running.  On a personal level I am delighted that my efforts to form successful teams – across the client, solicitor and barrister mix – has been acknowledged. We pride ourselves on our team approach and delivering exceptional service at very competitive rates and that commitment to client service is at the core of our strategy.  It is also hugely rewarding to know that we are recognised alongside our London peers and receive such recognition from some of the most well regarded practitioners in the industry.  The last year has been another year of growth and significant achievements for the business and we look forward to continuing that growth and enjoying sustained success in the future.”
