Specialist family law firm Rayden Solicitors is delighted and proud to announce that the firm has been ranked for the first time in the prestigious and highly regarded Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2019. The Chambers High Net Worth Guide, an annual list of the best firms and lawyers UK wide, is compiled following research by more than 200 independent researchers as well as endorsements from industry peers.
Only 24 firms nationwide are included in the list, and of those firms all are London based with the exception of Rayden Solicitors, and one other firm based in Scotland. Rayden Solicitors, with offices in St Albans, Berkhamsted and Beaconsfield, is the only purely regional firm to be included in this year’s rankings. The firm represents affluent clients with divorce proceedings and matrimonial finance issues.
The Guide and industry insiders praised Rayden for its growing presence in the family law industry and for becoming increasingly visible in London. Enthusiastic accolades and endorsements include:
“I think Rayden is the future ….” with the team described as “City people with fantastic City skills but outside the City.”
“Clients now understand that you can get excellent service at Rayden without the City price tag.”
London family lawyers are also quoted as saying “absolutely no doubt that Rayden have a very strong presence in London.”
Individuals Katherine Rayden, Senior Partner and Founder, and Claire Wood, Senior Associate, are also recognised in the Guide as Notable Practitioners.
Katherine Rayden is ranked in Band 3, and recognised for having built the high-end practice since 2005 specialising in complex family law issues. She is noted by industry peers as “the doyenne of family law outside London” and is commended for her “tremendous enthusiasm for her work.”
Claire Wood, Associate Senior, who joined Rayden Solicitors from Kingsley Napley in 2018, is included as an Associate to Watch in the Guide, highly esteemed for her practice in family law, with industry sources adding, “I’ve always held her in high regard.” And “She seems to be on top of it and knows exactly what she’s doing.”
Katherine Rayden, Senior Partner and Founder, said “I am enormously proud to be the first wholly regional firm featured in the High Net Worth Chambers Guide, an achievement that reflects the exceptional work that our wonderful team has been able to do over the years. It is extremely significant that we are recognised alongside our London peers and that the industry acknowledges that clients can receive exceptional service without having to pay London prices. We are all delighted and looking forward to an ongoing successful future, with plans for continued growth in 2019 and beyond.”
