Abby is a French speaker and heads up the Rayden Solicitors’ growing Anglo-French desk with Che Meakins. Abby has increasing expertise in reciprocal child maintenance agreements and their enforcement across borders. Abby is experienced in international disputes, for example seeking financial remedies after a foreign divorce, or with international property portfolios relying on her vast network to collaborate with expert advisers to ensure an all-encompassing resolution for her clients. Having worked with directors, shareholders and those with third party interests in businesses, Abby can also offer expert advice on divorcing or separating with complex business structures involved.
Abby enjoys helping parents to resolve arrangements concerning children, for example in relocating nationally or internationally and in resolving seemingly intractable disputes, whether that’s finding a compromise out of court or taking a robust and child-centric approach in proceedings . Abby offers straightforward, pragmatic advice keeping the children’s best interests at the heart of the dispute. Abby has been praised for her friendly but determined approach seeking to resolve matters amicably but not shying away when strength is required.
