Specialist family law firm Rayden Solicitors, with offices in St Albans, Berkhamsted, Beaconsfield and Hampstead, is delighted to announce the opening of the firm’s fifth office in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire.
The opening of Rayden Solicitors’ fifth office is another very significant development in the growth of the business and provides the firm with the capacity to expand its reach across North Hertfordshire and into Cambridgeshire. The office, which is located in Bishop’s Stortford’s town centre, will initially be headed up by Senior Partner Katherine Rayden, alongside two recent senior hires, Legal Director Rosalind Fitzgerald, and Senior Associate Marc Etherington. The firm was delighted to welcome both Rosalind and Marc, who joined Rayden Solicitors in late 2020. They are very experienced specialist family lawyers, and are important hires for the firm.
Rosalind joined Rayden Solicitors from a large London firm where she was Head of Practice. She qualified as a solicitor in 2007, has worked in family law for nearly 20 years, and is a specialist in financial matters for divorcing and separating couples including cases with significant business and third party interests. She is also recognised for her expertise in difficult children cases, particularly those involving international elements and jurisdictions, and has had several reported cases in this field. Marc, who qualified as a solicitor in 2012, has also worked in family law since 2009. He joined Rayden Solicitors from a large regional law firm and has built a reputation for exploring alternative ways for families to resolve their divorce or separation without resorting to court where possible. He is a qualified Collaborative Lawyer and very experienced in alternative dispute resolution.
Working alongside Katherine, Rosalind and Marc, we are also delighted to announce the recruitment of Annique Sampson who joins the Bishop’s Stortford office as a paralegal. Annique graduated with a Law Degree from the University of Hertfordshire and is currently studying the Legal Practice Course. Supporting the team is PA Elaine Forman, who has also recently joined the firm.
