Emma Nash is an amazing solicitor in both domestic and international family law matters. Emma Nash is a skilled and respected solicitor with over 12 years of experience. Her practice covers a wide range of services including divorce, financial settlements and children law and she has excelled at representing clients in cases with complex international elements.

Emma has extensive experience of supporting mid to high-net-worth clients through their divorce and obtaining financial settlements. She manages her cases with a clear focus on the client’s objectives and how best to achieve them. She also has experience of dealing with cases with unusual or complex issues such as coercive and controlling behaviour, drug and alcohol abuse, diplomatic law and foreign trusts.

Emma has Higher Rights of Audience and provides advocacy services, she regularly appears in Court at all levels to represent her clients.

Emma is recognised as being an expert in dealing with high net worth cases. She was included in CityWealth’s Top 25 Family Lawyers in 202

Emma’s expertise is widely recognised and respected. She has been shortlisted for Family Law Commentator of the Year in the Family Law Awards on multiple occasions and in 2022 was awarded Bronze in Family Lawyer of the Year in the CityWealth Future Leaders Awards. More recently she has acted as a judge for both the Future Leader Awards and the British Family Law Awards for Today’s Family Lawyer and is a consulting editor on ‘Separating with Children 101’ published by Only Mums & Dads.

Emma is passionate about family law and writes prolifically for the legal and mainstream media including for The Times, Family Law Journal and the Solicitors Journal. In 2021, Emma launched The Family Law Language Project, a project with the aim of making family law less hostile, easier to understand and more accessible by improving the use and understanding of language.

Emma is an active member of Resolution and sits on the Litigants in Person Working Group. She is based in our London Bridge office.
