Bita joined Rayden Solicitors in August 2022, following her graduation from the University of Law with an LLB.
Throughout her undergraduate studies, Bita developed a strong interest in family law, whilst she volunteered at the Pro Bono department, within the Legal Advice Centre Triage at the University of Law. This role involved directing clients in family law matters, including domestic violence, harassment, and child arrangement orders.
Bita previously completed a mini pupillage with a family law barrister, where she gained insight by attending court hearings within family courts and taking part in conferences with clients. She also provided support to cases by conducting legal research.
Recently, Bita undertook a student summer placement at Citizens Advice St Albans District, where she provided advice on various issues including divorce and housing.
