STATEMENT RE COVID-19 AND CLIENT SERVICE

The health and safety of our people and clients is paramount and we have put plans in place to help protect them and to continue to provide all clients, existing and new, with uninterrupted service.

Following the latest Government statement on March 23rd, all our employees are delivering client work via remote access.  We have put in place comprehensive and robust systems so that all staff are able to maintain business as usual, and we are very well resourced to continue to deliver the best possible service for all clients, new and existing. We have in place the ability to conduct client meetings via Skype or alternative video conference call facilities, whichever is most appropriate.  We will of course contact clients personally in order to change arrangements to any meetings they are expecting to attend, or if any adjustments need to be made to timings of the delivery of any work.

We are carefully monitoring the situation and are following the latest Government and Public Health England guidance. If our plans change in future to reflect new guidance, we will keep our website updated.

For existing clients, please do get in touch with your key contact if you have any further questions and to find out more about the ways we can communicate with you remotely. For new clients we are open for business for initial fixed fee meetings which can also be conducted remotely via Skype, Zoom or other conference call facility if you prefer.
