And receives ‘extraordinary’ performance in annual Lexcel accreditation
Rayden Solicitors has once again been recognised as one of the leading family law firms in the country, having retained its listing in The Times Best Law Firms 2020.
The Times report, which is based upon independent research, features an annual list of the best 200 law firms nationwide. Over 3,000 solicitors took part in the survey voting independently for their competitors.
The research noted that the firm ‘has gained an increasing profile both in London and nationally for its impressive levels of client care’. In particular Rayden Solicitors are commended for their ‘expert knowledge of some of the most sensitive areas of the law in relation to children, such as surrogacy law, step-parent adoption and abduction. Not only is the firm commended for being one of the best family law firms in the country, providing advice and representation on all aspects of family law, including divorce, domestic abuse, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, tax and trusts, but is also recognised for experience in handling family situations with an international dimension, including international divorce law. The Times specifically references Senior Associate Claire Wood, based in the St Albans office, who has built up an extensive practice over ten years with legal contacts throughout France, Belgium and Switzerland.
And to add to the good news the firm has also just received an outstanding performance rating in the annual Lexcel accreditation review. The Lexcel assessor analyses and reviews all elements of the business to determine that best practice and compliance with the highest standards of performance are achieved.
