Promotion to Partner for three former Legal Directors
Three new Legal Directors
And a new Associate Solicitor
Rayden Solicitors is delighted to announce the latest round of annual promotions across the business.
The Partnership welcomes three new partners to their team. Former Legal Directors Rupi Rai, Rosalind Fitzgerald and Abby Westell have been promoted to Partner. Rupi Rai is based at the Beaconsfield office where she has been supporting Partner Julian Bremner since the office opened in 2018, playing a key role in the development of the firm’s reputation in the Buckinghamshire region. Rosalind Fitzgerald and Abby Westell are both based in the Bishop’s Stortford office and have been instrumental in building the firm’s business in Bishop’s Stortford and surrounding areas since the office opened in late 2020.
In conjunction with these promotions, three of our Senior Associates have been promoted to Legal Directors. We are delighted that Nicola Meldrum, Nicola Caffery and Jennifer Moore are taking up their new positions within the business as Legal Directors. In this role they will have the opportunity to provide more specific support to the Partners in their management of the business. Nicola Meldrum is based in the Berkhamsted office where she has been supporting Partner Emily Watson since joining the firm in late 2016; Nicola Caffery is based in the Harpenden office, supporting Partner Paula Butterworth as they develop the business in Harpenden, following the opening of that office in late 2021; and Jennifer Moore is based at the Hampstead office, where she has been focusing on the growth of that office since its opening in late 2019.
We are also very pleased to confirm that Solicitor Sara Roddis, who is based in the Loughton office, has been promoted to Associate Solicitor. Sara joined the firm in 2021 and has made significant progress in the short period of time she has been with the business, helping Partner Stuart Clark to establish the Loughton office.
All promotions will be effective from 1st October.
Senior Partner Katherine Rayden says, “The Partners and I are delighted to announce these latest promotions, all are extremely well-deserved. We constantly review career progression opportunities, and take great pride in our ability to attract and retain such talented team members, and enable them to make consistent and significant progress in their careers. The promotions of all seven fee earners are reflective of both their expertise and very valuable contributions to the success of their respective offices, as well as the firm in general. We are looking forward to all of their careers continuing to go from strength to strength with us.”
