Rayden Solicitors is delighted to announce the promotions of two Solicitors to Associate Solicitor – Nicola Caffery and Nicola Meldrum, both of whom are based in the Berkhamsted office. They are both specialist family law solicitors with experience of all aspects of divorce and family relationship breakdowns, as our all our specialist team.
Nicola Caffery specialises in financial matters, including family businesses and property disputes. She advises on applications involving children, including emergency applications. Nicola joined Rayden Solicitors in 2011, originally as a paralegal and then undertaking her solicitor’s training with Raydens, qualifying in January 2018. Nicola has had specialist articles published in Family Law Journal and Private Client Magazine and has a lot of experience in undertaking her own advocacy.
Nicola Meldrum also specialises in financial disputes, wealth protection, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and also has extensive experience in children arrangements following divorce and separation. Nicola joined Rayden Solicitors in September 2016. She began her career training at West End firm Manches and following qualification she moved to Burgess Mee Family Law. Nicola is local to Berkhamsted and has set up the Berkhamsted Young Professionals Group.
Both Nicola Caffery and Nicola Meldrum are members of Resolution, a national organisation of family lawyers committed to non-confrontational divorce, separation and other family problems.
